You are being asked to gather information about castles
by reading and writing information on six different topics.
Follow the directions below and write your answers on a piece of
notebook paper, or type them in Word and print.
- Read the instructions,
Click on the T at the
bottom right for information, then click the T
again. A chart of topics will appear. To see the questions click
on the topic. To see the castle, click on the castle icon.
- Your first job will be to
research Feudalism, Jobs and Trades, Homes, and Foods and answer the
questions and take additional notes.
- Your second job will be to
click on two additional topics to research, answer the questions and
take additional notes.
- Choose Feudalism
and answer the 7 questions. You may put the answers on an answer
sheet you create in Word or on a sheet of notebook paper. then return
to the chart page.
- Click on Jobs
and Trades, answer the 3 questions then click on the castle
icon in the upon left hand corner and take two notes on the
blacksmith’s shop. Return to the chart page
- Click on Homes,
answer the 4 questions and click on the castle on the lefthand top to
take two notes on commoner’s home. Return to the chart page
- Click on Foods,
answer the two questions then click on the castle icon and take two
notes. Return to the
chart page
- Choose two more
topics, answer the questions and take two additional notes.
- Finally - click on the castle
and then on at least three different objects and explain.

your name is and describe
why your father is
acting
weird. Now write a report.
Start your report with the above information; then as you move
through
the exercise, copy and paste the shield and describe it according to
the
rules of Heraldry, explaining why you need to know about each
one.
When you are done, we will know the whole story.
Example:
The first shield you come upon is along side. Describe it. What side is
your father on? Who is your father's overlord? What's the problem
The next shield you encounter is below.
Describe
it. Who did it belong to? For or against the king?
