EdHelper generates a variety of puzzles, but not all are free, so navigating the choices can be confusing.  To make a custom word search, enter your  words, and click  "Create Word Search Now!"  The next page displays dozens of formatting options, but only the first three are free, the balance are for paid subscribers only.  Your selection includes upper case, lower case, or  no backward and diagonal words  (for an easier puzzle.)  Custom crossword puzzles are also free.  You find the link on the horizontal "Also Try" menu. The premier way to search for pictures.  If there is a picture on the web, Ditto will find it. Just enter a term and search for pictures of it like Pokemon, James Bond, etc.  Or by topic like Holidays, Animals, Sports, etc.

You can view either a map of the Earth showing the day and night regions at this moment, or view the Earth from the Sun, the Moon, the night side of the Earth, above any location on the planet specified by latitude, longitude and altitude, from a satellite in Earth orbit, or above various cities around the globe. FUN! Original interactive mysteries designed to foster literacy and problem-solving. A featured game, The Peetnik Mysteries, is a challenging mystery game where students use common tools, like maps, phones, and phone directories to follow up on hunches and solve the mystery.
